2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

บัญชีผู้ใช้: อีเมลและข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ที่ได้จาก Google เมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google OAuth

3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

สนับสนุนการใช้งานผ่าน Agent บนเครื่อง Windows ของคุณ

4. การส่งข้อมูลไปยังบุคคลที่สาม

5. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Slipdrop’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

Google Workspace APIs (Google Drive and Google Sheets): We use these APIs only to provide features the user explicitly requests — storing uploaded documents in the user’s Drive, reading and writing spreadsheet rows for bank reconciliation, bill review, and master data. We do not use Google user data received from Workspace APIs to create, train, or improve generalized or foundational machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
No sale or advertising use: We do not sell, transfer, or use Google user data received from Workspace APIs for advertising, creditworthiness, or purposes unrelated to providing the Slipdrop service.
Document OCR (Google Gemini API): When a user uploads a bank statement or invoice, Slipdrop sends that specific document file to the Google Gemini API (Generative Language API) for one-time text extraction (inference only). The user provides their own Gemini API key (bring-your-own-key). Extracted fields are returned to the user for review and, when saved, written to the user’s Google Spreadsheets. This is inference-only processing to deliver the OCR feature — not model training.
What we do not send to AI for training: We do not bulk-export Google Sheets contents or Drive metadata to train AI models. Post-OCR matching (products, parties, purchase categories) uses deterministic scripts and rules in production workflows, not Gemini, except for the initial document extraction step described above.
Human access: Google user data is accessed only as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with law, or with the user’s explicit consent.
Revocation: Users may revoke Google access at any time from their Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting Google in the app settings.

6. การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัย

ใช้มาตรการทางเทคนิคที่เหมาะสม เช่น การเข้ารหัสข้อมูลลับของบัญชีเมื่อเก็บในระบบ
คุณมีหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี Google และไฟล์ ZIP/credentials ของ Agent — ห้ามแชร์ให้ผู้อื่น

7. สิทธิของคุณ

ภายใต้กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ คุณอาจมีสิทธิ:

ขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชี
เพิกถอนการอนุญาต Google ได้จากบัญชี Google ของคุณ และ/หรือยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อในแอป
สอบถามการใช้ข้อมูลหรือร้องเรียนผ่านช่องทางติดต่อด้านบน

การลบบางข้อมูลอาจกระทบการใช้งานบริการ หรือต้องเก็บไว้ตามข้อผูกพันทางกฎหมาย (เช่น ใบเสร็จ)

8. คุกกี้และเซสชัน

เราใช้คุกกี้/เซสชันที่จำเป็นต่อการเข้าสู่ระบบและการรักษาสถานะการใช้งาน ไม่ใช้เพื่อติดตามโฆษณาข้ามเว็บไซต์

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจอัปเดตนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะปรับวันที่ “อัปเดตล่าสุด” บนหน้านี้ การใช้งานต่อหลังมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงถือว่ายอมรับนโยบายฉบับที่ประกาศ
